I'm a huge fan of "BW3!" Needless to say, I was very excited to see one open near my work! Now, I know that stores in this chain can vary in quality. I think the Bolingbrook one is outstanding, and of course the Chicago original is too. But the differences are usually minimal. Here, however, there is a major difference. For one thing, they're not organized. BW3's are usually very crowded and tend to attract large tables compared to other restaurants, particularly on weekends. They depend on good organization and communication between staff, kitchen and customer for things to function smoothly. Staff can't treat the customers like they're at a Ruby Tuesday's in da' hood, in other words. Here, this organization is lacking at this point. When you walk up to the take-out counter you will find a mob of customers, three or four staff members tripping over each other behind the tiny counter, and several bags of carry out just sitting there that they have to rummage through each time someone asks about an order. They don't use the flashing discs or even a PA that I heard, which causes the bags to really pile up, slowing things down. Wait times are way longer than at a typical BW3 so think twice before figuring you'll just walk in, order, grab a beer and wait a few minutes. That might turn into 2-3 beers at this one! Good news is the draft beer selection, specials, and clean cold taste (a Miller Lite draft always tastes better at a BW3, much like a fountain Coke always tastes better at McD's) are intact at this store! And yea, they make mistakes with the orders. For my first visit, I got the dreaded boneless switcharoo that Jack K. suffered. Boneless wings, in my opinion, are sacrilege to the wing concept, but I ate 'em and liked 'em, so as to avoid wading back into the mob scene at the counter and then waiting another 30 minutes for them to fix it. The second time they got it right and the wings were fine. It was $.40 wing night and I give 'em props for normal sized wings. BW3 is notorious for giving out small wings on this night. The third time, they forgot my blue cheese (which I caught) and stiffed me out of four wings (which I didn't catch until I got home). The two boxes said "9" on them when there were only 6 and 8 wings in them respectively. They were also undercooked, and dominated by drumsticks. Bottom line - scrutinize your order before leaving! I realize the store is new. I also realize the BW3 scheme is about as complex as the Chicago Bears 46 defense. So I think the other comments are a bit harsh. Still, this store was planned for how long? And given the complexity of the company's system, shouldn't the employees have been trained in advance, as opposed to throwing the poor kids into it and letting them figure it out? This may cost them customers, particularly since Tilted Kilt, which also has good wings (and hotties!) is about to open 200 yards from it. Overall, it is a BW3 and should be ok once they settle in. I will still go there and it's a welcome addition to the area. But, if you're a regular at the Orland or Bolingbrook stores, I'd definitely keep going there until some time passes and things get better sorted. Two stars.

I love BWW, but this location is terrible for carryout. I've only been there twice, and both times they forgot a part of my order! Now, I realize that they painstakingly go through the order and make you sign it. However, when you are ordering for a large group, it's not quite easy to remember what everyone is having. The first time I let the missing part of my order go, but the last time I called. They basically said, sorry, it's your fault and wouldnt give me a refund for the $5 part of my order that I didnt get. Umm.... yeah.... I think I'll be going down the block to Hooters from now on. Maybe instead of making the to-go people go through the order one by one, you should give me the recipt and let me do it myself, as I have at least a high school education, unlike most of the people working there.

I have never been here so my BFF thought it would be fun to have some drinks and some good ole chicken! I loved the different flavors and french fries I must say though you have to eat it there while its hot because the second time around we did take out and it is not good when its cold.

The service here is hit or miss. My boyfriend and I once had some girl (whose name I can't remember because she was terrible) that took/brought our orders way wrong and the food was cold every time someone attempted to correct it. She never apologized for the wait or checked to see if we were doing okay. It took entirely too long and she seemed to grow tired of us and had her co-worker deliver fries to us to compensate (which was of no help seeing as how I specifically substituted the fries that came with my order for onion rings because I hate their fries). When I told her "I didn't want fries" she responded "well they're free so take them". Although, the last time we went we had a server named Chris who made the experience extremely enjoyable. He was very polite and I overheard him speak to another customer saying "I remember you from last time. Let me guess. You'd like a Blue moon" and I thought that was really cool. While he served us, the girl from the time before kept looking at us like we were wrong for coming back and told all of her friends about us. MY MAIN TIP: ASK FOR CHRIS M!!!

I am a BWW fan... Been to 5 different ones so far... 2 in Michigan... This one is closest to me... Good beer selection... Good menu...tasty eats... Nice service...they serve their food promptly... No PUSHY PUSHY...I can take my time... Plenty of sports... I am there...

this is my first time ever going to buffalo wild wings i did not know what to expect really. the food was fine, the waitstaff was 'meh' she was not rude, but she was not friendly. she was just ' there.' i liked my food. the decor is very sporty and the wild sauce was not as hot as they made it out to be, but other then that i enjoyed my lunch.

I love Buffalo Wild Wings' Orland location. When I heard a location was opening in Chicago Ridge, I was VERY excited. I ordered 18 teriyaki wings for carryout the week they opened. And then it happened. I got to the car, and they screwed up the wings - Gave me boneless, not traditional. But, I waited 10 minutes, and they fixed it. I got the wings home...they were dry and bland. Not at all like the Orland ones. I decided to give them another try a week later, chalking it up to the recent grand opening. This time, they burned my buffalo chips and the wings were STILL terrible - No flavor and very dry. I gave them 2 chances, and both times, they screwed up AND the wings were just bad. I've had good wings from this restaurant. But this location just doesn't seem to care.

I should apologize first because we went to this place a week ago and I didn't have time to type my review out fresh but i'll do my best to recall it. So my boyfriend and I have been to this Buffalo Wild Wings once before. We were so excited to to be there since the one in Chicago is so bland. Our service wasn't too bad for an afternoon and our food came quickly. But our most recent visit on December 16th was the absolute worst. We got in and it was 4pm, most people were already eating. Our server named Melanie took our order and took off in a hurry. I usually have my sauce on the side but she didn't ask whether I wanted blue cheese and celery with my food (it wasn't Wing Tuesday so i'm pretty sure I was supposed to have this choice given to me). We then waited for at least 30 minutes for our food while people were leaving the restaurant...not exactly a busy kitchen so whats the excuse here? We never saw "Melanie" during this time period despite looking bored and frustrated. Our food arrived finally with my boyfriend's wings getting ranch sauce on the side that wasn't even asked for. The wings were dry as if they had been sitting out for 5-10 minutes. Seriously? We never saw "Melanie" again until the very end when she asked half-heartedly "is everything ok guys?" No smile, no apology at any time during our time there. Quite possibly one of the worst times i've ever had at a restaurant. I've had better service at the BW3 in Galesburg on a Saturday! This is just inexcusable. I'll stick with Hooters in Oak Lawn before coming back to this shithole.

Wings are ok...tends to attract a ghetto type crowd. Long waits for food..the server screwed up the order. Don't go out of your way to get to this place. It's just ok.

I had to edit my last review of one star. The first time I went it was terrible and it took months for me to ever go back. But I understand they were working the bugs out. Have been back twice since and both times I enjoyed myself. I still am not crazy about their food presentation but it is pretty good. I will go back and enjoy some boneless wings and a few beers occasionally. I guess BWW is starting to grow on me.

Put simply, you never know what you're gonna get. Everytime we go here, it's packed. Sometimes there's no wait, other times the wait isn't worth enduring. The common thread with every visit seems to be that there are always empty tables, --clean, empty tables-- just waiting for people to be seated at, only to go unfilled for most of the time you're waiting to be seated. Utterly frustrating. My experience with your actual server has always been good. They have always been attentive and prompt, maybe even overly so. The host/ess is usuallypretty ornery. Most likely because they have to sort out this mess in front of them. Last time we waited at the front of the line while she annoyingly greeted and jotted down the names of people who had just walked in, twice while we waited to be paid attention to. The food is good, and it's really the only reason I keep going back. If they had takeout location, I would much prefer that. The whole sports bar theme is just made pointless by how frustrating it is to actually get inside.

I normally don't rant and rave about any Buffalo Wild Wings but let me tell you, this was by far the best location I have been to. Our waitress Brittany came to us right away to get our drink order. Our food came extremely fast and hold your horses, the order was correct. Every single Buffalo Wild Wings location that I go to has messed up my order. It's so frustrating when I have to return something, but not at this location. Oh yeah!! For some reason the food even tasted better, or maybe it was all in my head. She quickly tended to our refills which we didnt have to hunt her down and made kiddo feel comfortable. It's a shame I'm not a southsider if not I would come here every week. Thank you Brittany for such great service.

Order take out. Honestly this is the most ghetto place I think I have ever been to. The staff basically just play fights on the floor I front of customers. Pretty much rude all the time and the place is a mess. 2 years ago I regularly went here. Now all I do is take out. Place needs better management.

What happened to this place? I've been going to this place for years. The food is great and costumer service is great as well but they are not focusing on cleaning this place. It smelly and looks dirty. I don't think I will continue going here if it continues this way.

  • Kristin M.

Buffalo Wild Wings is pretty much the same where ever you go. I personally really like their boneless wings but I just don't think it's worth the wait. There have been times when I stopped in and it's an hour and forty minute wait! Yikes!

This place has absolutely fallen apart since it opened. The staff is obnoxious and doesn't have a clue what they are doing. There are a few obvious hard workers who seem to be doing all the work and picking up the slack of the lazy servers. Food is extremely over priced and is never up to par. There is no consistency in this place, you might go once and have your food be cold and the next time warm and the next time hot. There is no way of knowing, the workers seem to be stepping all over the management. There is a rough crowd in here and extra security is needed. Alcohol prices are also exorbitant and this place is scamming all bar patrons. The talls are advertised as holding 23 ounces and there are even 2 different beer advertisements that say 22 and 23 ounces respectively. Seems fishy. Now here's this their standard beverage cups hold only 20 ounces. I took one filled with water and it filled the tall glass completely with some left over!! What a scam advertised as 23 in reality about 19 ounces. The same goes for the regular glasses the bartenders often say it's a pint, but why then does a 12 ounce bottled beer fill the glass nearly to the top. Definitely not 16 ounces more like 14. Don't ever order a shot from this place, they pour to the line on the shot glasses they have, when i found the exact same glass on Amazon labeled as only .75 ounces to the line!!! They literally give you half of what you are supposed to get in a real bar which is a 1.5 ounce shot. I must mention the takeout service, the drive to another location is well worth it. The staff here will always get your order wrong, it will not be ready on time and it will be cold and soggy. Trying to order on the phone is nothing more than a shouting match, generally the cashier is rude and seems like they have zero motivation to be at work. You might see your order sitting on the counter for 15 minutes before someone helps you, even if it's been paid for! This location used to be fun and safe for families and after work get togethers, what it is now is nothing more than a sess pool of thugs and scams.

A late night phone call from a couple of bubbly girlfriends brought me here. Experience has taught me that very little good ever comes from late night phone calls, but still....I felt I could do with some girly gab and a snack. While some poor baby wailed incessantly in the background, our waitress approached our table in absolute shambles...and with full blown attitude. She fired off a few mean-spirited zingers and then looked up to watch the television mid-order instructing a friend to, "Go ON...go ahead...I CAN hear you." Clearly, there was going to be an issue. Now normally at this point, my close friends immediately stare at me with that " PLEASE DON'T" look and I end up having to behave myself...lol But ohhhhhhh, what's this? Both friends gazed up at me in as if to say, "Are you going to let her treat us like that?!" Honestly, ladies, make up your minds. It was from that point on I was officially appointed foreman of the table and our smarmy waitress soon learned that I, too, can be clever..only my vocabulary grants me much more material. It took but a few retorts before she bit her sour tongue and played REALLL nice like. *chomps cigar* There was considerable wait time for the order, despite the absence of a large crowd. I had cooked earlier, so I wasn't up for more than a sampling, but the few wings I did try left me wondering what the hell is so wild about them. "Teriyaki" was not Teriyaki in flavor by any stretch of the imagination. "Sweet BBQ" had an ashtray-esque smoke quality to it and so the best of the bunch was the "Asian Zing". It's akin to the orange sauce you'd find at most Chinese restaurants; the wings themselves weren't anything special. Their cheesecake bites are revolting in every conceivable fashion. I fail to see the draw here when there is a "Tilted Kilt" with nicer girls, projection screens, and better wings just a stones throw away. We should have just swung by the liquor store and snagged some Harold's, but I always get outvoted. Always outnumbered, Never outgunned. ;)

First time here with my boyfriend and the traditional wings were pretty good. We ordered 10 Mango Habernero, 10 Hot and 5 Honey BBQ. They were all very good. We always go to Hooters for wings, but since a lot of our friends keep saying Bdubs are better, so why not try it out ourselves. We came on Valentine's Day and we waited for an hour, so it wasn't that bad. It is nice how they called our cell phones when our table is ready. Thumbs up for that! Managers walking around making sure the customers are doing fine. Two different manager came to our table to make sure everything was good. Our server was Nicole and she check in on us several times and refilling our drinks was good. So now I'm going to do some wings comparison between Hooters and Bdubs. Price range: - At Bdubs, a Large order of wings with bones comes with 20 pieces for price of $19.99.. That is the maximum on their menu. Whereas at Hooters, it is like $40 something for 50 wings with bones. So, it is much more expensive to eat at Bdubs if you have more parties. - At Bdubs they don't charge for dressing which is a thumbs up!!! Whereas at Hooters it's like 0.95 cent per dressing for your wings. - More flavors at Bdubs than Hooters - Hooters have better fries for sure! I will come back to Bdubs to try out all the other flavors for sure! :)

Ordered take-out from this place last week. The lady at the counter was polite and friendly. The wait for the wings + fries I ordered was not long at all. Unfortunately, the chicken on these wings was not chicken. It had the consistency of chewy rubber. My boyfriend, for whom I got the take-out, said he felt like he was chewing chicken-flavored gum. The "meat" wouldnt even rip off the bones. Also, the side of fries, mind you costed a whopping $3-something, came in a box that was more than half empty. There was a girl who opened the box to show me before I was on my way, but did so clumsily, she spilled a few fries and frankly, I just wanted to get the hell out of there (considering the clientele). For 3$ these fries should have serenaded me, otherwise I could have ordered 3 large fries from McDonald's...had I known. All in all, wings were a failure. Fries, which are so simple to make and package, were a failure. Never coming back.

Just finished a double shift and me and my wife were starving and decided to go to Bdubbs. Coincidentally it was dollar chicken tenders, I never really keep up with the specials but what the heck. This is the nearest one to my house and it was getting late. Anyways we ordered 10 tenders with 3 different sauces and the usual basket of wedges. I have to say my experience at this location is usually the worst out of the three locations I frequent. I don't know why but if you don't devour all of your food within the first minute or so the food gets very very hard. I like my chicken to have a crunch and all but not to the point where I'm checking to see if my teeth are still there. Usually the service is pretty bad also but today we were in luck and our server was pretty good. That's the only reason why this place is getting two stars. I prefer to drive a little farther to the one on 159th in Orland and if I have more time on my hands I go to the one in Tinley. It's seems the farther out I drive the better the quality, weird but true.

the service was terrible, the honey barbeque wings were so hot that it hurt, and then we were still charged for the replacement food. am extra half an hour wait, just to be charged full price. The waitress was seemingly racist, and condescending when explaining that I wasn't being charged for the replacement food. It took another 20 minutes just to get take out boxes. Don't go there.

The first time I went here I got wings to go. They were a little bit more crunchy then I liked. The second time that I was here I was having dinner with my girlfriend she for a plate twice and was given to baskets. I'm not sure if they do not have place or if they just use baskets. I have always liked Buffalo Wild Wings but I was a little perplexed by them giving baskets twice after asking for plates. I did enjoy the wings the second time. I will be going back here and would recommend this place.

I've never had a problem when I come with the service, it's always great. The wings are a hit and miss. They either have a ton of sauce, the right amount, or almost none. But other than that I love it and always come back. The wings are still good.

What a loud, unclean place to be ignored completely! Listen, no one likes their job, but you don't have to spend the entire time I'm there making an unsubtle spectacle of how much you hate it. If I want mediocre chicken wings, I'll make them myself next time.

Decided to finally check out this place found out they have some vegetarian options. I tried the mac n cheese it was alright not the best I've had. I also got the fried pickles those were pretty tasty and had a little spice to them. The onion rings also tasted good. My ma got the build your own burger said it was good, they forgot to put the bacon. She also got the wings with the sweet bbq sauce said they were good but a little spicy. The atmosphere was cool with the jerseys on the wall. Music was kinda loud had to shout so the person sitting next to me could hear what I was saying and vice versa.

A better one than others nearby.. Only problem is that because is within the mall there is always a long wait and forget about getting a table on Fridays & Saturdays at least not for an hour. Try seating at the bar for some reason they have a faster service there.

My family and I have visited this location twice and it is so unfortunate that the staff members here lack customer service and direction, no proper training. The General Manager herself appears to lack leadership skills with simple task such as the use of coupons, staff unaware that company is participating in fundraiser for which they don't know how to apply to bills. The wait staff walk away for 15 minutes at a time. Don't worry the tip would be learn customer service etiquette.

I've given this place 2 stars for a different reason than most have. My biggest issue with this place is it's size, or lack there of. For a place that has a marketing theme towards attracting large crowds, this particular location can not handle large crowds. If there is a big fight, or local playoff game (and even just regular season Bulls games) you need to get here atleast and hour early to get a seat. Where as the on in Willowbrook I have gotten there 20-30 minutes before game time and have been fine. The food here doesn't stand out any more than the other locations I've been to and the wait staff is hit or miss. I have had very good experiences with waiters/waitresses, and I have had the ones you have to go on a search for to get something as simple as a refil.

I keep coming here and expecting to be wowed but with no luck. First they take too long to get you a table even though there's so many empty seats and lots people waiting. To be honest I've had better wings for half the price. I heard the burgers were good but when I got my burger the bun was not even toasted or even warm. The wings were pretty big but the flavor was lacking. I give it three stars because it's too pricy, wait is long, and the food is just not all that.

    (3)

Service at this place is never up to par, only worth going when they have a deal going on wings aren't the best around by a long shot and most of the other items on the menu are over priced

Mediocrity is the best you can expect from a chain restaurant. I boycotted this place for quite sometime because they brought me a chicken wrap before that was the size of two Ho Hos. As they refused to add more to the wrap, I just ordered something else. Needless to say, my experience this time was outstanding, excluding the food. This restaurant chain is just littered with okay tasting food.

I've never had a complaint about a BWW until now. The food is as expected, same for service and atmosphere considering the location. However, walking in there one day was another story. The hostess didn't do her job, long story short. We were told a 15 minute wait time while our name was entered into a tablet but everyone that walked in after was seated right away while we were forgotten. I wrote to the company via their website and all they said days later was basically thank you for letting them know. I had a problem at Outback once and in response to my complaint they sent me a gift card I never asked for with an apology in the mail and in an email immediately. Some chains don't care just because they made their name already. That's unfortunate because we used to love BWW. So I'll be going to other locations instead if that.

Great service by great people. Very friendly staff and managers. I was told 15-20 minutes for a table but it was ready in just over 5 minutes. Food was excellent and came out faster than I expected. I'll definitely be back here.

Worst experience. Took my 16 year old son there for dinner to watch the Championship Blackhawks game. I asked for a Goose Island beer only to be told by the waitress that they didn't have that kind. Signs are all over and it's on the menu. After she checked she then told me I guess we do have that. It's just the "regular" Goose Island??? We ordered Ultimate Nachos as an appetizer. When this came there was nothing Ultimate about it. Absolutely horrible! I sent it back. I ordered a Crispy Chicken Salad and my son ordered 12pcs Honey BBQ boneless wings. When my salad came the chicken was ice cold. The salad was just sad. My sons boneless wings were also cold. I sent back his chicken and my salad. They were brought back in minutes, which as course meant they threw them in a microwave. The service was absolutely horrible. Our waitress would disappear and no other waitress would help us. My son ordered some cheese appetizer which took 20 minutes to arrive. I took that to go. When I got my bill it was $70. They charged me for 2 salads, and 2 of the 12 pc boneless wings. In addition to extra salad dressing (which was suppose to be blue cheese but was just sour cream). I asked the waitress about my bill and she told me she did give me a credit. After taking about my iPhone and calculated my bill it was supposed to be only $43. I took it to the manager who then apologized and gave me the correct bill. There is no question, based on the low amount of customers, that this BDubs has a serious problem. The management is horrible. The wait staff is under trained and don't care. They also seem to be charging customers way over what they owe....Please check your tab! Someone from the ownership needs to take a serious look at what is happening at this restaraunt.

Wanted to have some dinner but after the wait and finally sitting at the bar and then being ignored by all the bartenders I just decided to take my patronage back up the street to Hooters! I let the manager "N" know why I was leaving. He offered to get us service, commendable but at that point it was too late. Will not be going back.

When the wings are done right, they are delicious. But the only time I ever get good wings is when me and my friends sit down to eat. Then they are hot, tender, and saucy. Whenever I order for pick and to take home, they are dry, barely ANY sauce on them, and completely horrible. I don't know what you guys are doing different from the boneless wings you give out to people dining in from the ones you give to people taking them home, but you should really stop doing it. They are not worth 5 dollars when they are like that. They taste like plain chicken with a hint of whatever sauce is on them cause it's all dried up. I'f I'm paying up to 12 dollars for some wings, they should be fresh and covered in sauce!! It's ridiculous and if it happens one more time I am just not going to come back anymore. People who pay that much money for a meal, the meal should be fresh. They should look and taste exactly the same as the ones you hand out to people dining in. As for the customer service, it's fine but the only thing I ever had a problem with is when you try and get seated it takes forever even though there are open tables everywhere. STOP GIVING BAD WINGS TO PEOPLE TAKING THEM HOME! THEY SHOULD BE THE SAME AS THE ONES YOU GIVE TO SEATED CUSTOMERS!

...so BW3 doesn't accept reservations; sorta have to just wait. We waited for over 47 minutes in a long, long line of people (on a non-game night), which is typical of a sport-themed bar chain. Once seated, we waited another 10-15 minutes for service, almost a half hour for luke-warm wings to arrive & another half hour before our waiter came back to ask if we needed anything else (he was flirting at the bar). He screwed up part of our order, causing for a longer wait for one person's order (they did take it off of the bill), so we all had to share our items to keep him from losing his temper all together, & the only reason he came by to assist us was because I flagged a bus boy cleaning the table next to us and asked him for assistance. I went with a group of 6 (5 being big guys; like football-player sized). Needless to say, they were super hungry & being made to wait they were very frustrated. The waiting made us lose our appetite so we wound up taking most of our items home. Again, expect ghetto whenever a venue is located within a mall location. It was very uncomfortable to wait & eat there. I am starting to like the far from the city burbs more and more these days!

I do love the Wild Wings, but this time around I wanted to try the other sauces I have not tried in the past. I asked for the barbeque sauce with a kick by request of the server, she said it was one of there most sought after taste, but for me it was week. No kick, just barbeque flavor. Not for me. I like my wings HOT, so of course I had a few more sauces. You can usually get more than 3 and the choices are not bad. The beer of the day was a good 16 oz and it went perfect with the meal, and of course, like always I need my friend pickles! In cornmeal batter? WHAT!

The food is better than the location in Orland Park. That being said - have fun dealing with the vermin that occupy Chicago Ridge Mall.

Con: It is very loud in there if you like that kind of environment. The wait to seat 3 people was over 40 minutes. Pro: 60 cents boneless Thursday.

I go in there all the time, usually on Thursday, to take out food. I have eaten in there a couple times and the service/wait times have been fine. Thursdays are pretty busy. Even so, I have not ever really had a messed up order. The manager Dee is really nice and helpful. I notice this while waiting on a busy Thursday. The location is clean and has a good atmosphere. I would eat in more if I had people to eat with. I understand that people have bad experiences at restaurants but these people here at this location seem to be pretty consistent at handling it well. I've been to different BWWs and this is a pretty decent BWW location.

What the heck kind of restaurant has a "corporate" menu and not serve them?? This place goes FULL RETARD.

Not impressed with service or menu upon entering there were no host at door when she did appear it look like it hurt her to sit us lack luster attitude no suggestions no smile dropped the menus on table walked off. Receiving our appetizer it was missing items.

I want to stay in the middle with the rating for this place, because we've experienced a lot of hit and miss with service and drinks, the food is normally consistent though. I decided to write this, because our most recent trip last Sunday was a very nice surprise. We gave our name and number and received a text back about an estimated 90 min wait to sit in the bar area, but just as we were thinking about finding someplace else to go, we got another text saying our table was ready, awesome! Now I will caution you, don't let the hostesses' little booshy attitudes faze you, I don't recall EVER having a friendly one. They aren't very knowledgeable about much of anything either, so if you have questions, you're better off asking your server. Generally we go for drinks and wings specifically, and they have plenty of TVs to watch games, so you're almost always in a good spot. Drinks have been hit and miss, especially when they decide to switch bartenders, which gets a little frustrating, but like I said, their food is pretty consistent and comes out quick. Most of our servers have been good, I've only had a problem with a few pulling disappearing acts. This most recent visit though really left me with a good impression. Even with the Bears game and it being so busy, our waitress Brittany H deserves applause. Neither myself, nor my husband had to ask for one thing, girl was on it asking us if we were ready for refills, napkins, boxes...you name it. With that said, we will keep going.

Came here with a friend and gave them my phone number. I received a confirmation text and I was told 20-30 minutes so we waited. It got to 40 so we continued to wait.. It got to 50 and we left. Now it's been 1.5 hours and still no text. All the time we were waiting we could see empty booths and tables. Don't waste your time here, the place is not managed properly if they can't sit people correctly.

I came here solo one night and sat at the bar for a couple of beers, quick dinner, and to see the basketball on the giant screen. This place is the worst. The servers & bar staff could all use a refresher course in everything. Who makes a black and tan in giant pilsner glass? Who uses Bass out of the bottle to make a black and tan? If you can't get Bass on draft, don't serve black and tans. I ordered a chicken wrap. Meh. The food was horrible, the service stunk, the people were annoying. I just did not like anything about any minute I spent in this place.

Let me start this out by saying I LOVE Buffalo Wild Wings. This review is based on the service, not the food. I recently placed a phone order and went in to pick up my order. It was a Thursday night, and football was on, so they were noticeably busy both for dine in and carry out orders, which is understandable. I was told my order would take 15 minutes, so I gave it about 20 just to be sure. When I finally got there, I had to wait in a line for about 5-7 minutes just to get up to the counter to ask for my food. I told the cashier my name, and she couldn't find it in the computer. I repeated what I had ordered, and she had no record of it being in there. Then another employee came over and and they both looked to the side counter, and there was my order, still sitting there. No one had ever put it in, so it wasn't even in the process of being made yet. The woman at the counter told me it would just be one minute, that the wings would be ready I would just have to wait for the side dish I ordered. I said fine, and sabout 5-7 minutes later they bring out the food. When you order takeout, they make sure to open the food and show you that you are getting what you ordered, and you have to sign off on your receipt before you leave. So she goes to show me my food, and the side dish was the wrong thing. At this point, I was frustrated and just wanted to get my food and go, so I said I would take the order the way it was. The woman said no, that she was sure they had just switched it and that what I actually had ordered was just in the kitchen. I said ok, and she took the wrong item away, leaving my wings on the counter. Well they must not have made the side dish that I ordered, because 5 minutes go by, and she still hadn't come back yet. Meanwhile peoples orders are being brought out, and my wings are on the counter being pushed back and forth by employees who are giving other people their food/verifying there orders. After about 10 minutes of waiting, I had a visibly frustrated look on my face, and one of the other employees said she was going to go in back and check on what happened to my food. Just as she was about to go in back, the first employee came out with the correct side dish. By this time, my wings had been sitting on the counter for about 10 minutes, being handled/pushed back and forth by different people etc. I was not happy at all. They did briefly say they were sorry for the mixup, and I was given a $5 coupon for next order, but I really don't feel like this justifies what happened here. I placed an order on the phone, which wasn't ready when I went to pick it up. Then when it finally was ready, it was the wrong food, which I gladly would have taken just to get the hell out of there, but I was told the correct food would be out in a minute, and had to wait another 10, while part of my order was left to get cold and man handled. It really left a sour taste in my mouth for BWW, and like I said I Love BWW...

Aahhh... Good old BDubs. Well the wait to get a table isn't the best and it's even worst when they're airing sports events. Needless to say it's all about the wings and the large variety of sauces from mildest to hottest (please! avoid the Blazing sauce at all cost, its spiciness is beyond your expectations.) The service is great and the waiters are very attentive. The crowds are lively because it's always packed. They have a large beer selection but, the Modelo tasted watered down like a mofo. Overall, it's a good place to feast on 100 wing platter while watching sport events.

We decided to drop in for a few beers, one Sunday evening a few weeks ago after scouring Oaklawn for a lively patio. ( Side Note: The South burbs are kinda lame when it comes to outdoor dinning. We tried several bar/grills in Oaklawn and Chicago Ridge, and they were all without a pulse.. I was on the verge of taking a trip North to the land of outdoor dinning, but was lucky to find that BW3 was alive and kicking this beautiful evening.) So fast forward to the good part.. Finally chilling in the patio with a cold beer and NFL pre-season action.. Yup.. they have a few flat screens outside to keep you entertained. We ordered a dozen bbq wings and a dozen blazing dry rub wings, and some fries. The Bbq wings were pretty good, a little too sweet for my liking but that didn't stop me from enjoying them. The dry rubbed wings were ok, not the best choice, in my opinion, as the chicken was dry and a bit tough. Next time I will have to try a few other flavor wings and one of the burgers. The verdict: Good place to watch sports and hang out with friends over a few cold beers and grub on some decent bar food.. Bonus: the patio is a nice spot to hang out and catch a game.

Came here after a very long day of travel. The server was nice but spoke to my colleague and I like we were seven (are we still hungry today?) I ordered wings and a bacon cheeseburger. The burger was pretty good. The wings tasted like a pair of ASICS GT-2140 Men's running sneakers. Giving them three stars instead of two because they had a lot of TVs and our outside seats had an outlet nearby. Perfect for charging my phone to write this review.

Ive heard really bad stories from friends of mine who have been to this location, but the times I have been here were not so bad. My wife and I decided to give this place a try after giving up on our hunt for a new hot wing spot. Our first time here, our server was excellent, almost every server here is very attentive, and the wings were not so bad. On our last visit, they had gotten our order wrong, all due to the fact that the server had given us something we didnt ask for. Apparently the flavor "classic buffalo" didnt exist, but that wasnt the issue, the server decided to bring out this "classic buffalo flavor" and to my surprise we got mild. After a manager had kindly asked how we were doing, we let him know the story, and he personally fixed it. We got it straightened out and we got our "hot wings" all thanks to the service. Food can be better, but the people here are friendly. Call ahead, this place runs out of room with the huge crowds.

Let me start by saying this locations doesn't speak for them all. And I am a fan. Went there Tuesday(09/18/2014) with my brother for the first time and will defintely be my last. The staff was all out of sync. Everyone was performing as if the place just opened that day. All the staff had a "don't talk to I'm having a bad day" expression on their face. It was constant arguments between staff. The security guy was as rude as they come. Customers would as where's the restroom and instead of a polite it's straight ahead or simply pointing in the direction. His reply was: "that big yellow sign that says restroom". When it was done to me, of course I'm like this fucking asswhole. But then I witnessed him say that to everyone. Which confirmed. The host isn't what I would consider a host. No warm welcome, no smiles. It's hosting. She had a whatever type of vibe. The food was cold and the host must have rub off on the waitress cause she had the same whatever type of vibe. If you like chicken and no customer service. Enjoy!

Always busy, this place is a welcome addition to the area. The food is still 'meh' though. For the best wings, I'd go to Chuck's on 79th. I'll never go back to this BW3 for wings! :-)

The food is good and out of the couple times I've been here the service wasn't bad. However, I do believe there are way better places for wings than Bdubs. When you do go you have to try the Mango Habanero flavor! It's so delicious and spicy!!

Their boneless wings are delicious! My favorite is the hunny BBQ with ranch dipping sauce! They also have great Long Island drinks that are worth the price.

I love B-DUBS. Just not this location. I have been to many of them and have never ever been disappointed. They were all well ran and well staffed. So when I heard one was opening close to me (no more trips to Orland). I was excited. And then I was DISAPPOINTED. Terrible wait times, cold food, bad service, inexperienced staff by the boatload. I truly expected better. And the planning for the location to me seems ill-thought. This location is too small for the amount of traffic it receives(hour-and-a-half waiting times?). Go to Orland or ANY othe Buffalo Wild Wings or prepare to be disappointed like me, my wife, and all my friends.

The wings at this location seem to be small. I ate 9 wings and I was still hungry. There was no meat, just a lot of bone.

I normally do takeout. Average pickup time is about 15 mins. Only if there's no big games happening during that time. A lot of times they are ready after they tell you their estimated finished time. Very clear on the phone and they asked nicely for any add-ons. Ordering pickup is good if you don't want to wait during peak hours.

I love wings, and I typically love BWW. This location, however, really makes me wonder why I keep coming back. The service here blows. Every time I walk in there are no less than 5 employees standing behind the kiosk, and they all look annoyed and clueless. When the place is empty, my wait is still "Just 10 minutes?" Why? Because you're pretending to be busy on a Tuesday afternoon? My servers always seem to think I'm 5 years old. "Are we hungry today or what?" Just for once I'd like to respond with, "Or what. Definitely or what." Drinks are always so-so. It's a good place to go see a game with a group, but if you're going to lunch or dinner, there are better places in Chgo Ridge, Oak Lawn, and Evergreen. Hell, even the Panera in the mall isn't that bad comparatively.

    (2)
  • Sam S.

I usually go to this BWW and the one in Orland Park and I like the servers here better than in Orland Park. In my visits, the servers are peppier and friendlier. On my last visit, I think the waitresses name was Tara, she was very conversational. It's usually hard to find parking near the building because it is located in the mall, but at least you'll eventually find a parking spot because it is a mall. Wait times can get long--I've waited as much as 45 minutes, and it always packed when I go. There are a lot of TVs and projector screens to watch games on. I've never had any issues with cleanliness or the food and drink. I like the wings here but I must admit that I like Wing Stop better. Still, this is a nice place to hang out with your friends and kick back a few drinks.

Service at this place is never up to par, only worth going when they have a deal going on wings aren't the best around by a long shot and most of the other items on the menu are over priced

I've never had a problem when I come with the service, it's always great. The wings are a hit and miss. They either have a ton of sauce, the right amount, or almost none. But other than that I love it and always come back. The wings are still good.

The service here sucks. The bathroom is absolutely repulsive. Waste in the toilets and diapers on the floor. I will only come for drinks now. Awful establishment.

What a loud, unclean place to be ignored completely! Listen, no one likes their job, but you don't have to spend the entire time I'm there making an unsubtle spectacle of how much you hate it. If I want mediocre chicken wings, I'll make them myself next time.

I have had very good experiences with waiters/waitresses, and I have had the ones you have to go on a search for to get something as simple as a refil.

...so BW3 doesn't accept reservations; sorta have to just wait.

WHAT!

  • Jessica C.

The food is good and out of the couple times I've been here the service wasn't bad. However, I do believe there are way better places for wings than Bdubs. When you do go you have to try the Mango Habanero flavor! It's so delicious and spicy!!

    (2)
  • Daniel J.

The wings at this location seem to be small. I ate 9 wings and I was still hungry. There was no meat, just a lot of bone.

    (1)
  • Arthur G.

  • Angie G.

Two stars.

Buffalo Wild Wings is pretty much the same where ever you go. I personally really like their boneless wings but I just don't think it's worth the wait. There have been times when I stopped in and it's an hour and forty minute wait! Yikes!

What happened to this place? I've been going to this place for years. The food is great and costumer service is great as well but they are not focusing on cleaning this place. It smelly and looks dirty. I don't think I will continue going here if it continues this way.

Don't waste your time here, the place is not managed properly if they can't sit people correctly.

the service was terrible, the honey barbeque wings were so hot that it hurt, and then we were still charged for the replacement food. am extra half an hour wait, just to be charged full price.
